Built by the fire community, for the fire community
We're a small team on a mission to help everyone dealing with wildfires feel connected, informed, and capable of acting.

Our mission
Help everyone dealing with wildfires feel connected, informed, and capable of acting.
What we believe
Wildfire resilience starts with a conversation — between neighbors, land managers, firefighters, politicians and public administrators who share a landscape. Those conversations lead to action: organizing, intervening, acquiring the right tools.
We believe those conversations go better when people are well-informed.
That's what we're here to do: bring useful information to wildfire conversations — before, during and after the fire.
What we don't believe
We don't believe technology will save us from wildfires. We don't believe fire can be mastered. That kind of thinking is dangerous. We believe we have to learn to live with fire — and technology is just one useful tool among many.
Steward-owned
Wildflyer is a steward-owned company. We can't be sold, and profits above our needs go back into our mission. We're here for the long term.
